Verse InsteadHow do I cancel my subscription?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Verse Instead. You can also go to Settings › Subscription › Manage subscription in the app. You keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for.
I paid but don't have Premium.
In the app, go to Settings › Subscription and tap Restore purchases, signed in with the Apple Account you subscribed with. If it still doesn't show, email us.
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles payments and refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
When will I be charged after the free trial?
When the 7-day trial ends, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. The app sends you a reminder before the trial ends.
How do I change the language?
Verse Instead follows your iPhone's language. To pick a different one just for the app, open the Settings app, scroll to Verse Instead and tap Language.
How do I change my daily reminder?
In the app, go to Settings › Notifications. If reminders don't arrive, check that notifications are on for Verse Instead in the iPhone Settings app.
